After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products will dispatch within 2-4 business working days. We provide tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Custom logo stamping orders may take another 2-4 days extra from our regular production time.

If not delivered or tracking not updated please contact us or email us with your order number in subject and allow us 2-3 days to update you back with our courier agent, still if the parcel is undelivered or goes missing we are liable to issue a refund of full value.

Each order may be shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.

While we happily ship worldwide, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these.
